Service Description

Research shows that physical exercise releases proteins in the brain that can actually help improve memory and increase cognitive performance, therefore we offer the use of a a well equipped gymnasium for our residents at no extra charge. New for 2024, we have just added four new Nordictrack machines including a rower, an exercise bike, a treadmill & a crosstrainer!
