Please note International students and those who cannot provide a UK based guarantor are unable to pay their rent in instalments and must pay in full upfront before moving in.
*In line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019 we take a holding deposit equivalent to one weeks rent , this is deducted from you first rent instalment in September. When you sign your application form you are agreeing to us holding your deposit for longer than the standard 15 days allowed by the Tenant Fees Act.
