Based in Preston and close to UCLAN, here at Brunel Court we provide amazing facilities included in your rent.
SOCIAL SPACES
Our main social space is located near reception & features a pool table, ping pong table, dartboard and a PS4, we use this space to host Free social events for tenants. There is also access to a landscaped garden area; this has just been improved for 2020 and can be used for BBQs & other outdoor events!
ENTERTAINING KITCHEN
Our brand-new ‘Entertaining Kitchen’ is available for all Brunel Court tenants for FREE. Perfect to host dinner parties, birthdays or family visits etc. We will be holding events here in due course.
PARKING
We offer you the option of pre booking on site parking within our grounds, These spaces are available for the academic year (44 week) at £200 or for £250 if you are staying for 51 weeks, to check current availability email or call us . For security purposes our car park access is electronically controlled. A number of safe and secure cycle racks and shelters are also provided free of charge.
Brunel Court Facilities
If you’re looking for student accommodation, then there are quite a few things to consider. You need to ensure that it’s in the right area, at the right price for your budget and that it’s clean and safe, with the right level of facilities for you.
For students coming to Preston, the flats at Brunel Court are ideal, being situated in the heart of Preston, just five minutes walk from UCLan and the Brunel Court facilities have everything covered. The facilities are available to all residents at no extra cost.
The Brunel Court facilities include a social space, great game facilities and even a gym with the latest equipment so you can relax and socialise and keep in shape. The large common room next to reception has a pool table where you can spend time with friends, or you can try your gaming skills in the arcade area. Outside, the landscaped gardens and courtyard give you plenty of space to relax and unwind in the fresh air. There’s even a boutique cinema that residents can book for free. You can either take your own DVD or Bluray or choose from the selection at reception. There’s also a number of free events held here throughout the year.
The quiet study area also means that you have somewhere to go to complete those all-important hours of study. If you’re looking to entertain friends or visitors, there’s access to a large kitchen area, perfect for dinner gatherings or holding celebration events. On the practical side of things, there’s a launderette on-site for residents to use, fitted with coin-operated machines and driers.
Although Brunel Court is very central, you may want to use a bike or car to get around and there’s plenty of safe spaces to store these with bike racks and shelters offering secure storage free of charge. The car park is electronically controlled for extra security and parking spaces are available for a small extra charge.
If you want to have guests visiting, you can hire the guest room for free for a two night booking and after that, it is available at a reasonable charge.
The rooms at Brunel Court also have a great range of facilities. You can choose from en-suite apartments or studios or a new luxury pod apartment. All rooms are completed to a high standard and come complete with contemporary furnishings, shower rooms, lots of storage and a study area. The shared flats have a common kitchen space and living space, giving you plenty of room to relax and enjoy time with your flatmates and friends. The studio rooms have their own shower room, kitchen and dining area, so you can relax and have the whole place to yourself.
Brunel Court has all these great facilities and the good news is that included in the cost of the rent is the use of power, water and heating. Broadband, internet TV and Skype are also all included so there are no hidden extras to budget for.
